Our Five Beach Bay Jet Ski Adventure is the perfect mix of sightseeing and adrenaline, giving you the best of Maggie without taking up your whole day. In just 90 action-packed minutes, you’ll captain your own jet ski, taking the fastest route to Five Beach Bay while exploring eight stunning bays, seven accessible only by sea.

Cruise through Horseshoe Bay toward the North-West Point of Maggie, where towering boulders give way to rugged rock formations and hidden caves. Navigate the famous Five Bays, a collection of pristine beaches only accessible by ocean, stop for a swim in a secluded bay, before throttling back to base.

Along the way, we keep an eye out for turtles, rays, dolphins, and even seasonal humpback whales. With insights from our local guides and the freedom of a self-drive tour, this adventure is the ultimate way to experience Magnetic Island.

• Briefing and Start Time: Our briefing begins at 8:30 AM, aiming to be on the water around 9:00 AM
• Tour Length: The on-water jet ski adventure lasts approximately 90 minutes, with potential extensions for wildlife sightings. Expect to finish between 10:30 AM and 11:00 AM

Jet Ski Adventure Checklist

What We Need

• English: A thorough understanding and ability to communicate in English is required
• Swimming Ability: Participants must be competent and confident swimmers
• Weight Limits: The weight limit for a single rider is 120kg, and for a twin share, it is 160kg
• Age Requirements: The minimum age to be a passenger with an adult (18+) is six years old
• Riders aged 16 and 17 can ride alone but cannot have an underage passenger. A guardian or parent must also be on the tour, with both rider and guardian providing appropriate photo ID and a Visa/Mastercard

What To Bring

• Photo Identification: Each jet ski needs one form of valid photo ID, such as a driver’s licence, an 18+ card, or a passport
• Credit Card: A credit card matching the ID. No deposit is withheld; the card will only be charged in the event of an incident
• Casual Clothing: Wear something comfortable, tour riders will be fitted with wetsuits or rashies
• Sunglasses and Hats: We provide tinted goggles for sun and splash protection, if you have a bucket or fishing hat with a strap (excluding straw hats) bring it to wear
• Phone or Camera: Feel free to bring your own, we have dry bags available
• Sunscreen and Towel: Please bring a towel for after your tour, and don't forget your own sunscreen if you didn't include it in your order. Once you're suited up, you'll have time to apply sunscreen.
• Water Bottle: Bring a small reusable water bottle, the jet ski glove box can fit 1 bottle up to 600mL

• When the wind blows: The weather rarely impacts our Five Bay tour, but when the wind blows from the West (or North West), we head East. You'll still visit stunning, secluded beaches, just with calmer waters and a smoother, more enjoyable ride.
• Small Group Tours: We offer tours with small groups of up to 10 people. One to two qualified tour guides will accompany you
• Safety First: A thorough safety briefing and demonstration will be provided before our jet ski adventure
